 Site in need of a serious review

Doesn't fit 1024 x 768 horizontally.

And a personal opinion on scrollbars in IE:

I drag the scrollbars, I use the mousewheel, and on my laptop I scroll with the touchpad.

But never do I use the top/bottom scroll buttons for scrolling, and without a more visible/obvious scrollbar, it feels strange for me as I'm a bit distracted, wondering if I've reached the bottom of the page/iframe yet...

Though, my personal observation is that less-experienced users tend to use the scroll buttons more. Nevertheless, the scrollbar is an aid, not a defect. I wish it to be kept, not being obscured.
