To everyone who reads this... *kisses* ! (Although only on the check because I'm a sloppy kisser... but it is a really good one!) Since I have been away - busily constructing pictures and books and such... I'm posting to share my good news with everyone; I hope I can spread some of my joy onto all of you who make me so happy on a regular basis! :)
I submitted my book to the publishers this past Monday with received news from them on Wednesday that it is absolutely great! It has entered into production and in a few short weeks I will have "page-proofs" to look over for small edits and then it will be "Off to the Presses!" Yippee! Upon release I will of course let you know where you can retrieve one for yourself and I would of course be happy to sign one special for you ;-)
And now all of a sudden, my photography is going to bigger places. I have been picked up by a company dealing in magazines and I am now one of their photographers. Another unexpected printing of one of my pictures is to be printed as the Cover Photo for a local phone book!
With all these publications coming out within the next few months I have begun a website portfolio/resume: www.robinannpeters.com; the bottom left I have yet to fill however, idea's would be appreciated.
This is all very exciting since my formal training (after high school) is Photography and it seems I now have a small arsenal to present to potential editors... Please comment!
