Greetings and Salutations from the Council of Diplomacy and Domination,
In reading your post, we have decided to issue the following citation:
Dear Sir/Madam:
It has come to our attention that you:
[x] Are a true troll, descendant of trolls, father/mother of trolls and entirely unworthy of ever being cloned. [ ] A keeper of secrets so enigmatic and dangerous to the rest of the universe, that you are unable to properly form a complete, constructive sentence that would be understandable by most 12 year olds. [ ] A person with a personality complex who, while desperately trying to fit into mainstream society, has no concept of the fact that the AOL community is not a true social organization.
In light of this, we highly recommend:
[ ] That you hand over all your funding set aside for your internet service to Sally Struthers or the Save the Children fund, format your hard drive, and get a job as a McDonald's cashier. [ ] Hand your code over to the community to use for target practice, and go back to school to advance your concepts of proper social behavior. [x] Report immediately to the Council on the Arts of BioMechanical Warfare, Genetic Failure and Troll Diplomatic Relations for immediate use as a Troll Assassination Suicide Bomb… err.. Troll Diplomat.. in an effort to wipe out the stains on your family Honor.
In conclusion:
[ ] Please never again post under the guise of someone who knows what they are talking about, as your name will be forever stricken from the rolls of True Coders and People who can have a Serious and Valid Discussion on Coding. Instead, please use a more appropriate username such as Skateboardbuilder, Metrulyeducated or, the highly recommended, Huh?!?. [x] Dress up in a tutu and run screaming like a girlyman. This would show your dedication to your fellow coder's thoughts by supplying them with never-ending humor and mirth. [ ] Do not post again for a full 12 Galactic Cycles, or until such time as you figure out exactly what 12 Galactic cycles is. Which ever comes last.
We thank you for your time. KustomKraft on Aug 12, 2003 at 3:10:39 PM (# 557)Well that was nice, but at least we getting closer to post 600 / page 100. WooHoo!! Monte on Aug 12, 2003 at 3:15:56 PM (# 558)
Many of you may find this funny. I know the math is most likely wrong, but it's funny anyway.
So you want a day off? Let's take a look at what you are asking for!
There are 365 days this year.
There are 52 weeks per year in which you already have 2 days off per week, leaving 261 days available for work.
Since you spend 16 hours each day away from work, you have used up 170 days, leaving only 91 days available.
You spend 30 minutes each day on coffee break. That accounts for 23 days each year, leaving only 68 days available.
With a one hour lunch period each day, you have used up another 46 days, leaving only 22 days available for work.
You normally spend 2 days per year on sick leave. This leaves you only 20 days available for work.
We are off for 5 holidays per year, so your available working time is down to 15 days.
We generously give you 14 days vacation per year which leaves only one day available for work and I'll be damned if you're going to take that day off!
