Designing the Ultimate E-Mail Spam-O-Lator Challenge

REF IT POSTS: I started with this: http://www.december14.net/ways/js/nospam.shtml; Thank you Monte for redirecting my attention to this topic.
BachusII believes (after perusing the above link) the mailto redirect is the best method to fool spambots. (IT #3084)
Here was my question about ASCII and javascript: IT #3086.
BachusII followed with this: IT #3087, and then ChrisRickard mentioned images: IT #3088.
My post to the javascript redirect page (#1 of new script?) is here along with my *huff*: IT #3090.
BachusII handles my huff and gives hope here: IT #3091. Limits were then discussed haphazzardly between BachusII IT #3094 and MHenke IT #3093 / IT #3095; summizing to this final post of ideas/requirements by BachusII : IT #3096
Other coments were made with regard to spambots/spam experiences but were withheld for the sake of streamlining. Please refer to the "IT" all IT posts for more information.

I have created a beginning for everyone to see, a combination of the ideas above if you will, only without the redirect script (and possibly a few other issues ?), possibly we can build off of it. It has a lot going for it IMO, however, I would like very much to spam-proof it as much as we can.

here goes: www.robin-ann.com/E-Mail Spam-Spoiling Rollovers.htm

Now that you've done your homework (if you are just joining us), On with the mission for all of us to redirect spambots FOREVER!

Here's one for ya, Robin:

Put the email addresses in BACKWARDS, then use some type of script to straighten them out, and display them in the email client.

Something like this:

moc.strepxeetis@em

Then when you click on the link, using a JavaScript function, you would then just rebuild the string to read

This message has been edited.

I redirected my nameservers and disabled my webs... grrr. So obviously anyone who wanted to see my email handiwork could not. sorry about that.

Anyway, I'm looking for someone to show a redirect script to add to the email camoflagued address link/code I've posted (that will be back up in a few days I hope - I set them back last night).

Anyone have one/make one we can tweak to the max?

hi Monte, That is a good plan; It's kinda like the javascript I use now (on the page no-one can see) I did some research a while back about robots and meta heading tags. I imagine the "bad-bots" just would ignore them, but using them anyway couldn't hurt. Course then the site would probably not be indexed, but maybe it's just that page with the meta - and that could be the "contact" page with all the email "coded" adresses. I'll have to revisit my old research on meta/robots.

My imaginary redirect script will come in handy then too.

Dear Mr./Ms. YourGay: I suppose you have a small address list to replace. $10.00 might suit you fine but I'm in for the (m)/(b)/(tr)illions. C-YA
