How to install struts bridge & deployed struts applications as portlets?

Hello

We have many struts applications, now we want all struts applications on portal that is converting struts applications to portlets. I came to know that one way is to do manually & other automatically thru struts bridge.

I downloaded struts bridge from
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/pages/viewpageattachments.action?pageId=11803

StrutsBridgeJDK1.5.zip & jpetstore_1.5.war  application was also downloaded to first try with already working & tested application but there are no proper installations procedure how to install struts bridge.

I surf the net but no proper steps R written. Since I am using first time, can anyone say installation procedure in simple steps. I am using Netbeans 6.0 beta & Sun Java System Portal with open portal container v2.0.

Thanks
