What's the best JavaScript refactorizing tool?

What's the best JavaScript refactorizing tool out there?

Specifically, for renaming methods, properties, and the like,... across multiple projects sharing the same legacy library files one might have already coded.

If the same tool and technique can be applied to HTML IDs, CSS classNames and the like, that would be even better.
