Rating a website I hope you can understand my poor English. Long time ago I found a website offer a free service. They give a code to add to the pages a little icon [+] to rate the website. The visitor can rate the site: --, - , +, ++, or click and comment the rating. I forget the address of this service. I remember something like 'dialog'... but I can't foud it.
