interactinng from email page to other environment(i.e., maximo database)

Hi all

My Requirement is:

I will get one html page in the message body of email page. Now I need to interact the other environment (Maximo Remote Database) from that email page by clicking on link or button.

Can you please suggest me how can i meet that requirement?
