Critique please for New Gift Planning/Shopping Service site Please take a look at my new site which is currently located at http://www.myusanews.com/mygiftusa - its an Amazon affiliated Gift Planning and Shopping service. It will soon be launched and will be located at the domain stated on the subdomain above. Please rate the functionality and ease-of-use of the site... cammy on Sep 19, 2005 at 1:39:42 AM (# 1) I tried to search for three 'ideas' of gifts - maternity, engagement, the simpsons and I got this message: 500 Servlet Exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space Resin-3.0.12 (built Wed, 23 Feb 2005 10:29:38 PST) Is it supposed to be functioning yet? Also, then I clicked on the 'gift wizard' some text appears outside the 'who is the gift for' container but is incredibly small. However, I like the look of the site and it's a really good idea. dcarr on Sep 19, 2005 at 6:30:56 AM (# 2) Thanks Cammy, A server problem caused the Servlet Exception - its fixed - there is some extra error checking and error handling I will be putting into the site before full launch in 10 days time. There is also some design theaking to be completed.
