My ISP does not allow wireless network

How can I establish wireless network in my apartment? The ISP blocks IP from my wireless router and only my computer's IP is allowed to get a DSL signal from modem.

did you check the settings of the router?
normally a router can't be set to a single adress (it's not a router then).
Maybe mac filtering is on (having only one mac adress inserted)
The lan IP is set to a single adress instead of a range (192.168.xxx.0 or 10.0.xxx.0)
DHCP is off and the other computers get their adress from dhcp

If you give the brand and type of wireless router, maybe some more help can be provided.
