Dreamweaver is a realy good programm to edit or to create webpages! if you want to make quickly a webpage it is the right editor, but if you understand a little bit more about html, javascript... than usual user, you should stay by a normal editor like homesite! Cause of that if you just have dreamweaver 2, i think its not necessary to update it to dreamweaver 3.
