this can be done in asp.net code, eg

textbox1.attributes.add("autocomplete","off")

i havent yet found a way to set it at the asp.net form level in code.  anyone done this?

I was looking for a way to turn this feature off. It can be a problem for certain types of data entry. This was just what I needed!

When I go to Internet Options--->Content and Click on AutoComplete. The only options I get are to clear forms or passwords.  How can I edit my own autocomplete responses.

I've looked in the registry and I can't find this stuff.

Some of the stuff that comes up is old and incorrect.

Be careful when using AutoComplete. We found that it does NOT fire the ONCHANGE event.
