Using HTML and Java Script only ,can a database driven web site be created. If some one have any idea, please suggest with a working example.

What no 5? Is this about BachusIII? (J/K) Though I am tempted to vote myself to bring the Average up to 4.5. Combined with BachusIII's vote (he thinks it's a 5) I'm up to 4.66... and since it appears as though the ratings are 1 decimal precision that'll kick me up to a full 4.7! :)
